What we need a bigger explanation

Hello Dukes

I am writing this to discuss what we need to do to get this clan the best it can possibly be.

1. We need recruits that are active and are not farmers [friends are great]
2. We need people who are going to try and do a good job at getting this clan to work!]
3. We don't need people who are gonna swear

I am also going to be doing a weekly inspection to see if people are doing the right thing
